How do I order a new, replacement or additional card-reader?

If you have not yet ordered a card-reader or your card-reader is lost, damaged or out of battery power, you can order a new one online:

  1. Log in to your Online Banking service at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Security' from the menu
  3. In the 'Using a card-reader' section, select 'Order a card-reader'
  4. Select a reason from the drop down menu
  5. Click 'Confirm'

A replacement card-reader will arrive within 6 working days. We will send the card-reader to the main customer address shown in our records.

Once received you will have to Enable the Card Reader.

If you do not have a debit card for your account we will send you an Online Banking card and PIN for use with the card-reader. Please allow up to 15 working days for these to arrive.

If you have ordered a card-reader that has not yet arrived and you need to make a payment urgently, please contact telephone banking or visit your local branch to arrange a payment.

Please have your Customer Number and PIN ready as this will enable your call to be answered faster and more securely. These are the same details you use to log in to Online Banking.
