How can I set up and manage a direct debit to pay my credit card?

To set up and manage a direct debit please look at the following options:

Online Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Cards' from the main menu
  3. In the 'Manage your credit card' section select 'Set up a direct debit' from the menu
  4. Add your name and the last 5 digits of your NatWest credit card to the online form and select 'Submit'

Credit Card Online Services

You can set up a monthly Direct Debit for the minimum required payment or full amount over the phone or via Credit Card Online Services.

To register for NatWest Credit Card Online Services simply visit www.natwest.com/cardservices and follow the on screen instructions.

You can log in to Credit Card Online Services at www.natwest.com/cardservices

When you are logged in to Credit Card Online Services:

  1. Select 'Account management' from the main menu.
  2. Under 'Account services' select 'Pay your NatWest Credit Card by Direct Debit'.

You can set up a Direct Debit by clicking the 'Online Direct Debit form' link, or you can print a copy of the Direct Debit form using the 'Paper Direct Debit form' link.
