I have received a letter/email saying I am using my overdraft a lot and I may be able to save money – why have I received it?

NatWest is always reviewing how its customers use their accounts to see if there are any other ways we can help. Because you have been making repeated use of your overdraft, we contacted you to see if we could help you save money you're currently paying in interest and fees.

I am worried I have received this letter/email, what can you do to help?
