To activate Online Banking using you customer number and activation code:

1. Go to www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window).
2. Enter your customer number.
3. Enter your activation code. This is the code we sent you by post or text message.
4. Create a 4 digit PIN, and a password. The password needs to be between 6 and 20 characters long, and contain letters and numbers.

You'll always need your customer number, PIN and password to log into Online Banking. And for extra account security, you may sometimes need to use a card reader to confirm your identity.
