Please wait until 48 working hours after you attempted the transaction to contact us. This is in case the ATM re-credits your account upon overnight processing.

Once we have been informed, it can take up to 15 calendar days for funds to be credited back to your account.

In order for us to start an investigation you will need to provide us with details of the transaction; such as the date you used the ATM, the amount you attempted to withdraw and which card you used.
