If you've forgotten your NatWest credit card PIN, we can send you a reminder.

Credit Card Online Services

You can log in to Credit Card Online Services at

  1. Log in to Credit Card Online Services.
  2. Select 'Account management'.
  3. Select 'Get a card PIN reminder'.
  4. Click 'Confirm' and one will be sent to you within 7-10 days.

Mobile App

In your app, select your credit card account and follow these steps:

  1. Choose 'Manage my card' and then 'PIN services'.
  2. Tap 'Send PIN reminder' and select your name if there is another user.
  3. Check that your address is correct, and tap 'Send to this address'.
  4. Select 'Done'.

Online Banking

You can log in to at (opens in a new window)

  1. Select 'Cards' from the main menu
  2. In the 'Manage your credit card' section select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu
  3. Add the last 5 digits of your NatWest credit card to the online form
  4. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 3-5 working days

If, however, your credit card is locked, you have more than one address registered with us, or you have more than one card for this credit card account, please call our helpdesk.
