If you would like to make a credit card payment from a non NatWest bank account you can do this within your NatWest mobile app following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Mobile app
  2. Navigate to your credit card account
  3. Select 'Pay my card'
  4. Select pay with another UK bank account
  5. Choose your payment amount - either from a pre-defined amount or enter another
  6. Check and confirm the payment details
  7. Select which bank you would like to pay from
  8. You will then be re-directed to your chosen bank's mobile app or their online banking
  9. Log in to mobile app or online banking and Select the account you would like to pay from
  10. Once payment is processed you will shown a confirmation screen

The payment will reach the requested account by midnight the next working day.

Alternatively, you can arrange a payment with your own bank.

If you are paying your credit card by using another Banks online or telephone banking service, please quote your credit card number and sort code (both found on your bank giro credit slip).

If a bank account number is requested, please quote 00000000. You cannot use these details for a Chaps payment.

Please allow up to midnight the next working day for payments to credit your account.
