Your credit card PIN

If you've forgotten your NatWest credit card PIN, you can now view your PIN in the mobile app.

Mobile App

  1. Log in to the mobile app and select your credit card.
  2. Tap 'Manage My Card' and select 'PIN services'.
  3. Tap 'See PIN' and follow the on-screen instructions to see your credit card PIN.

There may be occasions where we're unable to show you the PIN in mobile app, you would be able to request a 'PIN reminder' via the post.

Online Banking

You can log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)

  1. Select 'Cards' from the main menu.
  2. In the 'Manage your credit card' section select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu.
  3. Add the last 4 digits of your NatWest credit card to the online form.
  4. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.

If, however, your credit card is locked, you have more than one address registered with us, or you have more than one card for this credit card account, please call our Credit Card Helpdesk.
