It can take up to 7 days for eligible transactions to show in your pending MyRewards balance. To allow for returns and refunds, it takes up to 35 days to be from ‘pending’ to your Available Balance.
Once your available Rewards balance is the equivalent of £5 or more (unless otherwise stated) you will be able to redeem your Rewards.
