Do I need to register for Mobile Phone Insurance?

No, you're automatically covered but we recommend that you register your phone to make the claims process quicker. You will need to register your phone prior to making a claim.

When registering your phone you will be asked for your phone make, model number, IMEI number, serial number and purchase date so have them ready. You can find your IMEI number on the back of your phone behind the battery or by dialling *#06# on the keypad. If you change your phone, remember to let us know.
