If you think the card is lost or stolen, please freeze this in the app. You should then contact us through the app or email us at hello@roostermoney.com with your child's name you want to order the card for, as well as the address it needs to be sent to. This new card will reach you in 2-5 working days.
All families can receive their first replacement card for free, after this it is a £5 charge per card that is sent to you. If in the case of a card being stolen or lost in the post the replacement for this will have the fee waived.
