If you haven't deposited money into your cash or Help to Buy: ISA for a full tax year, and you want to pay into it again, you will need to reactivate your account.

You can reactivate your ISA in the mobile app or Online Banking:

  • Mobile App: Click on "Help" and select "Chat to Cora"
  • Online Banking: Log into Online Banking and start a new chat by selecting the "Need help" button in the bottom right hand corner

In either platform, once you have started the new chat, please type "Reactivate my ISA". You'll then be taken through a few steps to complete this process and your ISA will be reactivated the next working day.

You can also reactivate your cash ISA over the counter in a branch, you'll need your debit card and your cash ISA will be reactivated the following working day.
