If you haven't deposited money into your cash or Help to Buy: ISA for a full tax year, and you want to pay into it again, you will need to reactivate your account.

You can reactivate your ISA in the mobile app or Online Banking – just click the 'Help' button and ask to 'reactivate my ISA'. Your ISA will be reactivated the next working day.

You can also reactivate your cash ISA over the counter in a branch, you'll need your debit card and your cash ISA will be reactivated the following working day.
