If you want to pay off all or part of your mortgage, requesting a redemption statement online is easy.
You’ll be able to download, save or print your statement. We won’t send anything to you by post as we’ve gone paperless to help the environment. You’ll receive a PDF copy of the statement at the email address(es) you provided.
Most statements are produced in real-time but there are times when additional checks are required. If we have to carry out additional checks for your statement, we’ll make sure it’s emailed to you within five working days.
Visit the Manage My Mortgage page and:
- Click on the My payments and services menu.
- Select ‘Request redemption statement’.
To log in you will need your mortgage account number, surname, date of birth and mortgaged property’s postcode. You can find your mortgage account number on your most recent mortgage statement, in the ‘Account Summary’ section in online and mobile banking or on your mortgage offer document.
