When am I able to apply for a new mortgage deal?

When you are signed in to 'Manage my Mortgage', you can see a breakdown of the various deals you may have taken out with us under 'The detail' section.

You will also be able to see your current 'Switching Status', which will demonstrate whether or not you are able to switch online using our Mortgage Switcher service.

If you are unable to switch you will see 'Not eligible to switch' and there is no further action you can take. You can switch under the following circumstances:

  • If your current deal has ended or expired. You can view the end date under 'Current deal ends'.
  • If you are currently in the last 110 days (3.5 months) of your current deal ending.

If you fall into either of these categories, you are able to switch online. If you have any questions about your current deals you should contact us.
