How can I get a copy of my statement?

Getting a paper copy of your bank account statement

If you want paper copies of your online statements for your current or savings accounts you can save and print PDF versions from your Online Banking service.

You will get an email when your most recent statement is available. However, it may take up to 2 working days for your most recent statement to be ready to download.

For help with printing paper statements, you can either watch our video or follow the step by step instructions.

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Statements' from the main menu and then 'View, save and print PDF statements and certificates of interest (up to 7 years)' from the 'Your accounts' section
  3. Select the account you want the statement for, and then 'Next'
  4. From the list of available statements select the one you need to print, and then 'View Statement'
  5. Select 'Download Statement (PDF)' at the start of the page

If you find you can't print a PDF statement by following these instructions, or don't have access to a printer, you can chat to our Online Banking helpdesk or call in to a branch. You should receive your paper statement within 5-6 days of ordering it. There is a £3 charge for posting a paper statement to you.

Great news! If you use Online Banking with paperless statements, and you need paper copies as evidence of your identity or income, we can arrange to send some to you free of charge. You can ask for up to 3 months of paper statements twice in a 12 month period. Getting a paper copy of your credit card statement

The easiest way to get a paper copy is to download and print it yourself, from within Credit Card Online Services. It's the same one we send by post. You can do this for any statement within the last 18 months.

  1. Log in to Credit Card services at https://cardservices.natwest.com/ (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Statements' from the main menu
  3. Click on the appropriate link to the view the statement that you want to see

If you don't have a printer or the statement you want is more than 18 months old, please call Credit Card Services. There is a £3 charge for posting a copy of a paper statement to you, and you should receive it within 7-10 days.
