Why haven't I received a Paym payment a friend sent to me?

If you have not received a payment sent through Paym we will need to investigate this for you.

Payments made through the service will usually be instant but may take up to 2 hours.

You may want to check your other current accounts or check with the sender to find out where the payment was sent.

If you haven't received the payment after 2 hours, please contact us.
