How can I add my business account to my online service?

To link your personal and business accounts so they appear under one Customer Number please follow the instructions below:

Neither business nor personal accounts are active on Online Banking

If neither your business nor personal accounts are active on Online Banking simply complete the online application form (opens in a new window) as a business customer and include your personal account details where requested.

Personal accounts are active on Online Banking

If you have an active Online Banking service for your personal account but not for your business simply complete the online application form (opens in a new window) as a business customer and include your personal account details where requested.

Business accounts are active on Online Banking

If you have an active Online Banking service for your business accounts but not for your personal accounts, please apply online (opens in a new window) with your personal account details. Once the personal service is active and card-reader enabled please contact our Online Banking Helpdesk who will arrange for your personal and business accounts to be linked.

Business and personal accounts are active on Online Banking

If you already access both your business and personal accounts online, using separate Customer Numbers, and want to link the services together under one Customer Number, please contact our Online Banking Helpdesk who will arrange for your personal and business accounts to be linked.
