How do I request a PIN reminder for my credit card?

Your credit card PIN

If you've forgotten your NatWest credit card PIN, we can send you a reminder.

Credit Card Online Services

You can log in to Credit Card Online Services at www.natwest.com/cardservices

  1. Log in to Credit Card Online Services.
  2. Select 'Account management'.
  3. Select 'Get a card PIN reminder'.
  4. Click 'Confirm' and one will be sent to you within 7-10 days.

Online Banking

You can log in to Online Banking at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)

  1. Select 'Cards' from the main menu.
  2. In the 'Manage your credit card' section select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu.
  3. Add the last 5 digits of your NatWest credit card to the online form.
  4. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.

If, however, your credit card is locked, you have more than one address registered with us, or you have more than one card for this credit card account, please call our Credit Card Helpdesk.

Your debit card PIN

You can log in to Online Banking at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)

  1. Select 'Cards' from the main menu.
  2. In the 'Manage your debit card' section select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu.
  3. Add the last 5 digits of your NatWest debit card and your date of birth to the online form.
  4. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.
