Why did sending a text message to activate my debit card not work?

If you have sent a text message to activate your debit card and it has not worked it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Your text was received from a number that we do not hold on file.
  • Your text received from a phone that is abroad.
  • The account details you entered were incorrect in the text message.
