Some of my accounts are missing from the Mobile app. Why can't I see them?

If you have an account in your name missing from your mobile app but you can see it within Online Banking, please contact our mobile banking helpdesk.

Please note: If you are a business customer with more than one Online Banking customer number, the mobile app will only allow you to register with one set of Online Banking details and view the accounts held under those details.
