Your activation code must be 6 digits long. If you are unable to reveal or read all 6 digits of the activation code by following the instructions on the reverse of the letter you will need a new one.
To order a new activation code complete our re-register for Online Banking (opens in a new window) form. If you did not enter a Debit Card Number on your first attempt you may find that entering this avoids the need for an Activation Code.
You maybe find you able to access your account straight away. If however an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or text message.
