Can I turn off paper statements?

You can opt out of receiving paper statements for selected bank accounts.

Turn off paper statements online

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Paperless settings' from the main menu
  3. Follow the on screen instructions.

Turn off paper statement over the phone or in branch

You can also opt out of receiving paper statements in branch or by using our telephone banking service provided you are registered.
