I have both Personal and Business accounts, but I can’t see my Business accounts in the app. How do I find them?

Currently, the app can only display accounts with the same Customer Number. To check that your Personal and Business accounts have the Customer number, log into Online Banking using your web browser.

If you can see all your accounts online, then they have the same Customer Number. In this case, please contact us :
