I have both Personal and Business accounts, but I can’t see my Business accounts in the app. How do I find them?

Your Business and Personal accounts should have the same customer number, to check this please log in to Online Banking using your web browser. If you can see all your accounts online, then they have the same Customer Number. In this case, please contact our Mobile Banking helpdesk.

If you can’t see your Business accounts online, you should contact your Relationship Manager or the Online Banking helpdesk using webchat, who can help make sure your Business and Personal accounts are correctly linked.

In the interim, please ensure you have updated your mobile banking app to the latest version, then after registering, tap the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app and select the option to add a business. You will need your full Online Banking customer number for the accounts that are not showing and we will ask you for certain characters from your Online Banking security number and password.

Once your business and personal accounts have been linked correctly you will need to re-register for the app and you will need to add your businesses again.

If you have multiple businesses you can add them by tapping the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app and select the option to add a business, you will need your full Online Banking customer number and we will ask you for certain characters from your Online Banking security number and password.
