I’m a business customer but I can’t remember my Customer Number or PIN and password to register for the mobile app.

You’ll need the Customer Number, PIN and password you use for Online Banking to register for the mobile app.

If you use our Business Banking app you can find your customer number under the "Edit" your business button.

If you have forgotten your PIN or Password then you can reset your details by visiting www.natwest.com/register (opens in a new window)
