I can't find the NatWest Business Banking mobile app on the App Store?

As of 25th August 2017, the NatWest Business Banking mobile app has been withdrawn from the Apple app store. The app is not compatible with iOS 11 (due out in Autumn 2017). If you have the app installed, you can still continue using it until you update to iOS 11 but in case you delete/uninstall the app, you will no longer be able download it from the App store.

You can instead download the main banking app (opens in a new window) which will allow you to manage both your business and personal accounts. The main banking app currently only allows customers to manage one of your businesses; if you have multiple businesses, we are working on an update to allow you to manage all your businesses through the one app. In the meantime, you can use the app for your main business, and manage the rest through Online Banking on your phone.

To make this easier, you can create a shortcut to Online Banking on your iOS device. Here’s how:

  1. Open NatWest Online Banking in your phone’s browser
  2. Tap on the 'share' icon and choose 'add to home screen' or 'add to favourites'
  3. You'll then be able to get straight to Online Banking from an icon on your home screen or through your browser favourites.
