Why is my Business Banking mobile app not working?

Apple recently released their new mobile operating system iOS11, which is not compatible with the business banking app. If you have updated to iOS11, the business banking app will no longer work on your device.

Instead, we recommend switching to our newer app (opens in a new window), which lets you manage both your Business and Personal accounts.

It has even more features than the old app, and was voted Best Banking App at the 2017 British Bank Awards.
