I have been locked out of /forgotten the password for Receipts.

If you have forgotten your password, select 'Forgot password?' when you're asked to log in to the Receipts feature on your mobile app. Call the number displayed and you'll be issued with a temporary password that you can use when you next log in to Receipts.

If you become locked out of Receipts, call the number displayed on the locked out screen and you'll be given a temporary password to use when you next log in to Receipts.
