How long will you keep my digital copy of the receipt for?

7 years, as long as you keep the associated business or Premier account open with us.

I accidentally deleted a receipt that I needed. Can I retrieve it?

No, unfortunately deleted receipts cannot be retrieved.

I have closed my account with the bank. How do I access my receipts from the mobile app?

Once you have closed your current account with us, you will no long have access to your receipts. We recommend that you back up your receipts using the export feature before closing your account with us.
