How do I update my mobile app?

You should visit the relevant store, depending on the device you use, to update to the latest version to continue use of our mobile app.

Why have I received a notification?

You may have received a notification because you are using an older version of the mobile app that you're no longer able to use.

Why are you updating the app?

We are constantly adding new features to our app and encourage you to update to the latest version in order to enjoy all the benefits and make sure you are banking securely.

As a result, we will be decommissioning some older versions of the app on the 3rd, 10th & 24th of October and on the 7th of November.

Why can't I update my app?

If you can't find the latest version of the mobile app, this means your mobile device will not allow the latest version to be downloaded. If you are using a Windows, Kindle or Blackberry device, we have removed the app from the store so you will be unable to download on any of those devices.

However, you can continue banking with us either online (opens in a new window), by telephone (opens in a new window) or in branch (opens in a new window).
