Mimo app switch-off

We’ve taken a decision to switch-off the Mimo app and Mimo Facebook group. We've been testing the Mimo app with customers and one of the main pieces of feedback has been, "We love it, but we wish you'd integrate it within the NatWest mobile banking app". So that's exactly what we're going to do. Rather than continue the Mimo beta test, we'll introduce the best bits of Mimo into our main NatWest banking app (not overnight – but soon).

If you are one of our Mimo pioneers that tested the app for us, thank you for helping us get to this stage. Rest assured your comments and contributions will continue to be considered as we embark on this new chapter. We hope you've enjoyed the experience of testing Mimo so far. We've loved having you on this journey with us.
