If you have a bill payment set up to West Somerset District Council, you may have noticed that the payee has disappeared from your list of payees.
This is because the West Somerset District Council and the Taunton and Dean District Council will be replaced by the Somerset West and Taunton Council.
To make a payment, add the payee named "Somerset West and Taunton" via the Payments & Transfers option within Online Banking. If you are unsure, please refer to your utility bill.
Any scheduled payments that you have set up will still go out as normal, and won't be affected by this change.
