Why is Credit Card Services closing?

We're doing everything we can to help make managing your Credit card online safer and more secure – and make it more difficult for fraudsters to access your details. Credit Card Services is closing as it will no longer be compliant with our enhanced security measures.

How does this affect the way I manage my credit card online?

After July you will be able to manage your Credit card on our Mobile App or via Online Banking. Both of which will feature new security measures to meet new legislation and help keep your money safe.

Do I need to register for Online Banking to manage my credit card online?

Will my secondary card holder be able to view the credit card account on their Online Banking?

No. Your personal security information is unique to you and should not be shared with anyone else.

Do I still need to register for Online Banking if I only hold a credit card with you?

Yes, if you would like to manage your credit card online you will need to register for Online Banking, if you haven’t already done so. You can register for Online Banking on www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window).

Can I still get paperless statements?

Yes. You need to sign up for paperless statements via Online Banking or our mobile app.

Will I still receive an alert to tell me my monthly payment is due?

No, if you currently receive payment alerts these will stop when Credit Card Services closes in July. You will however receive an alert if no payment is received by the due date. To avoid missing a payment you may wish to consider setting up a monthly direct debit.

Can I still service my business credit cards online?

Yes. There are no changes to existing Online Services provided for your business credit card.
