All cheques accompanied with a paying in slip are processed within 5 working days of receipt (except for foreign cheques, which may take up to 12 weeks).

If the cheque is not processed, this suggests we haven’t received the cheque. You should contact the originator of the cheque to ask them to cancel and issue a new one or seek an alternative payment method.

Please note there could be delivery delays with Royal Mail.
