Our new Digital Lessons are available to all NatWest customers and are designed to help you get started and build confidence when banking at home with either the NatWest app or Online Banking.
You will learn about:
- How to log in online and set up fingerprint or face ID on the app
- Making payments and transfers
- Managing standing orders and Direct Debits
- Using your card reader in Online Banking
The host will also demonstrate any feature/s you request or help with any other questions.
