This may be a number of reasons:
- If you were enrolled for text alerts and e-mail alerts, we turned these off during Q4 2020. You can turn your e-mail alerts back on via Online Banking, via "Message us" in the mobile app, by calling us or at your local branch, select how you wish to receive your alerts.
- Your e-mail address may not be up to date or valid. You can check this and update it via Online Banking, or calling us or at your local branch.
- Your e-mail inbox may be full and we cannot deliver your Act Now Alert e-mail to you.
