This may be a number of reasons:

  1. If you were enrolled for text alerts and e-mail alerts, we turned these off during Q4 2020.  You can turn your e-mail alerts back on via Online Banking, via "Message us" in the mobile app, by calling us or at your local branch, select how you wish to receive your alerts.
  2. Your e-mail address may not be up to date or valid. You can check this and update it via Online Banking, or calling us or at your local branch.
  3. Your e-mail inbox may be full and we cannot deliver your Act Now Alert e-mail to you.
