How do I talk to a Video Banker straight away?

You can talk to a video banker immediately for a Financial Health Check or a number of needs by going to the NatWest website and following Personal > Banking with us > Over the phone or Video > Our Video Banking service and opting to Book An Appointment.

We have a team of video bankers on hand to help you with Financial Health Checks or a number of needs

You will need:

  • A device with a camera or webcam
  • A connection to the Internet
  • A private, comfortable space where you won’t be overheard

You don’t need to download anything. But only certain devices and browsers are currently supported
