Registered for Biometrics
If you have registered to use biometrics to approve transactions, you can use the mobile app to set up an international payment to a new payee and the payee details will be saved.
Not registered for Biometrics
If you have not registered your biometrics with the Bank, you can make a one off payment up to £1000 to a new payee. However you can't save the international payee details on the mobile app for future payments.
To add and save a new international payee, please log into Online Banking (Payments and transfers). Once you've added them, they’ll be available to pay using your app as a saved payee. If you don't have the payee already set up, find out Making an international payment via Online Banking.
