What is Green Plan and why should I use it?

Green Plan is a free to use, self service tool that can help you to identify the top actions to make your home more efficient and sustainable. Green Plan will provide personalised actions on energy efficiency improvements you could make, how much they might cost and how much they could save you.

How does Green Plan work?

Just enter your home address, select whether you are a homeowner or renter and we'll give you personalised actions. You can then select which actions you might like to take forward - this will create your own Green Plan for you to download.

Who can use Green Plan?

Green Plan can be used by any UK resident living in England and Wales over the age of 18 and is available to homeowners and renters.

Is Green Plan free to use?

Yes, Green Plan is a free tool for customers.

Can I use Green Plan if I'm renting a property?

Yes, Green Plan is suitable for both homeowners and renters. You will receive a list of actions you could take forward given your living situation.

How long will it take to create my Green Plan?

It can take less than 5 minutes to create your own personalised Green Plan.

Do I need to be a NatWest customer to use Green Plan?

No, you do not need to bank with NatWest. You just need to be an England and Wales resident and either a homeowner or renter.

Can I save my progress and complete my Green Plan later?

You must complete your Green Plan in one session. Remember to save your Green Plan as a pdf at the end as you will not be able to log in to retrieve it later.

Can I save my Green plan?

Once you create your Green Plan you can download it as a pdf to save and access later.
