How do I restart a chat with Cora?

All you need to do is close your chat and you can restart your conversation.

On our website or in Online Banking, just click 'End chat' below the chat window and this will clear your previous conversation.

In your mobile app, just tap the three dots in the corner of the screen and tap 'end conversation'. Then just ask your question to restart the chat (you'll still be able to see your previous conversation).

Cora is trained to assist you with over 150 everyday banking queries, from downloading a statement to resetting your Online Banking. If you log in to Online Banking or the mobile app before starting a chat, Cora can offer more personal support, including:

  • Updating your address.
  • Get a PIN reminder.
  • Report your card lost or stolen.

Mobile app

  • Go to the home screen of your mobile banking app.
  • Tap ‘Help’ at the bottom of the screen.
  • Then 'Chat to Cora' to start a chat (criteria apply).

  • Log in to Online Banking.
  • From your home screen, click ‘Chat to Cora’ to start a chat (criteria apply).
