We no longer offer customers the ability to download midata as it has been superseded by initiatives such as Open Banking, and the required transactional information can be found in the standard exportable Excel or PDF format when choosing to download your transactions.
To export your transactions in an Excel or PDF format in Online Banking, follow the below steps:
- Select ‘Statements & transactions’ from the main menu and then select ‘View transactions’ from the ‘Your transactions’ section
- Choose the relevant account and update any appropriate fields to narrow the search results then press the ‘View transactions’ button
- The search results will now be shown on screen
- To export the results, select either ‘Export to Excel..’ or 'Download PDF’, depending on the document type you require
