We have been unable to verify the activation code you have entered

To protect your account the 10 digit activation code, if entered incorrectly, will lock after three failed attempts. If the code is then entered again you may receive the message 'Your activation code has expired or is no longer valid'.

Even if you believe you've entered your details correctly the best way forward is to complete the Online Banking application form (opens in a new window), you will then gain access to Online Banking immediately or an activation code will be sent to you.
