You need to have a repayment plan in place to repay your mortgage balance and should review on a regular basis to ensure that it remains on track.
If your repayment plan is on not on track then we would recommend that you review it. If you don't have a repayment plan then you could consider creating one or switching to a capital repayment mortgage. There is no charge to switch to a repayment mortgage if this is a suitable option for you.
