Why have I got a paper statement for my credit card?

If you are a Credit Card Online Services paperless customer but have received a paper statement, it may be we've made some changes to the terms and conditions which apply to your credit card. The details of these changes are included as a notice of variation insert, enclosed with this statement.

To check your paper statements are turned off:

  1. Log in to Credit Card Online Services at https://cardservices.natwest.com/ (opens in a new window).
  2. Select 'Personal details' from the menu.
  3. Then 'View and manage personal details'.
  4. In the Paper statements section make sure the option 'No thanks, I prefer to get my statement online' is selected.
