Why are my account transactions coming up as £0.00 on my upgraded Windows mobile app?

This issue is affecting customers that are using their Windows Phone with non-UK settings. Please check the following settings on your device and ensure that these are set to United Kingdom:

Windows Phone 8.1 users:
Go to Settings > region > change 'Country/Region' and 'Regional format' to United Kingdom

Windows Phone 8 users:
Go to Settings > language + region > change 'Country/Region' and 'Regional format' to United Kingdom
