What is a view only Credit Card Online service?

When you first apply for Credit Card Online Services you will only be able to view your balance and recent transactions, this is commonly known as a 'view only service'.

As part of the registration process we will send you an activation code, The activation code is used to upgrade your service from a view only to a full service. The full service allows you to make payments and update personal details, both options that are unavailable on a view only service.

To order a new activation code:

  1. Log in to Credit Card Online Services as https://cardservices.natwest.com/ (opens in a new window)
  2. When asked for your activation code, select the 'Lost your activation code?' link

One will then be ordered for you and received within 7 to 10 working days.
