How do I turn off/on my credit card paper statements?

As part of the registration process for the Credit Card Online Service, you will have been sent an Activation code by post. Once entered, we will automatically switch you to paperless statements; we'll email you when they're ready to view online.

To register and find out more about Credit Card Online Services go to www.natwest.com/cardservices.

To change your paper statements settings:

  1. Log in to Credit Card Online Services.
  2. Select 'Personal details' from the menu.
  3. Then 'View and manage personal details'.
  4. In the Paper statements section select the statement option you want.

If you do not have the 'Personal details' option, it may be that you need to Log in with your activation code to get the full benefits. If you need a new activation code, please use the 'Lost your activation code?' link when you log in.
