How do I make a claim on my mobile phone insurance?

What you need to do first

Please contact us as soon as you can when you discover theft, loss, damage or breakdown.

If your phone has been lost or stolen, you must contact your network provider within 24 hours, or 48 hours if you're outside the UK.

If your phone is stolen, you should inform the police and get a crime reference number as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note: If you're outside the UK we can't repair or replace your device until you return.
