How do I make a claim on my mobile phone insurance?

What you need to do first

Please contact us as soon as you can when you discover theft, loss, accidental damage or breakdown (after the manufacturer’s warranty expires).

If your phone has been lost or stolen, you must contact your network provider as soon as is reasonably practical after the event.

If your phone is stolen, you must report it to the police and request a crime reference number. Please note: If you're outside the UK we can't repair or replace your phone until you return.
