Can I turn off paper statements for my credit card?

Yes you can. When you register for Credit Card Online Services and activate your account we will automatically switch off your paper statements.

Mobile App

You can turn on/off your paper credit card statement using your mobile app.

  • Once logged in to the app, select your credit card, and choose the ‘statements’ option.
  • Select ‘delivery preferences’, select ‘paperless statements’. Agree to paperless statements by pressing ‘agree’.

Online Banking

You can also now change your statement settings using your Online Banking.
