If your monthly salary payment date has changed, or you just want to align all your direct debits to come out on the same date, you can change the payment date for your mortgage. Simply go online and log in to Manage my Mortgage.
To log in you'll need your mortgage account number, surname, date of birth and mortgaged property's postcode. Once you are logged in select ‘My payments and services’ from the main menu and then ‘Change payment date’. You can find your mortgage account number on your most recent mortgage statement, in the 'Account summary' section of online and mobile banking, or on your mortgage offer documentation.
We need 5 working days notice to change your direct debit payment date. Please make sure you have the funds available in your account to cover your direct debit.
