What should I do if I believe I'm due some extra Rewards?

If you think you're due additional Rewards that have not appeared in your Rewards balance statement within 5 working days of the qualifying purchase, please log in to MyRewards (opens in a new window) and complete the Missing Transaction form. You can find this under My Account > Missing Transactions > Missing Transaction.

You'll need to supply details of the missed qualifying purchase, including the date, the location and the total qualifying purchase value. Then submit your query for investigation. We'll investigate on your behalf and then let you know the outcome. This may take up to 5 working days. All claims need to be made within 3 months of the payment date.
